Malaysian Night Fever

Woohoo! Imperial College's Malaysian Night will be in 4 days! FOUR! Pressured? LOL!
To be honest, I'm quite worried of several things. Some are fine though.

Short Review of the dances I'm in:

  1. Opening Dance: I think Chloe, Yih Lin, Colin did a great job by polishing up the moves. It looked really messy and terrible initially, but now, I think it's quite good =)
  2. Bhangra: Hmmm, not too bad as well. Only thing I'm worried about is: the stage's so crowded!!
  3. Lion Dance: I always thought it was terrible. It's probably because I always have this weird feeling when I do the routine. But, nevertheless, it turns out to be quite good to the rest of the people, so yeah. Quite happy about it
  4. Modern Dance: Whee! I love this dance. Its very funnn!!
  5. Stomp: Not ready yet, in my opinion. We seem motionless! Ok, maybe not we but me!
  6. Dikir Barat: Errr, no comments. It's the worst among the rest of the dances I'm in :S so many things to remember!! :(
  7. Finale: Appeared to be the most gay-ish dance of all but it's improving :) at least, I don't think it's THAT gay anymore! Kudos to Wei Li!
So that's about it! Will probably upload the videos of my Malaysian Night once it's over!
We gonna ROCK on Sat! =P

First lion dance performance for CNY!

*Note: The content of this video may be rather obscene to certain people. If you think you'll be offended in anyway, please do not view it =) And, it's my FIRST performance! It has mistakes here and there (that is if you can point it out) but do forgive me okayy? Overall, our captain was impressed and we did pretty well!

Give me feedbacks about it :) And, hope you like it

Counting down

3 more days to go and I can see my family in London! wheee! Really excited now =P

Knowing my family, I really have to start planning for them or else they'll get really bored here. Hmm, let's see what's on my mind at the moment:

  1. British Museum
  2. Buckingham Palace
  3. Houses of Parliament
  4. St.Paul's Cathedral
  5. Victoria & Albert Museum
  6. London Eye
  7. Madame Tussauds
  8. Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens
  9. Shopping : Oxford Street, Harrods etc.
  10. Visit other unis: LSE, UCL etc. (definitely going LSE since my brother wants to go there!)
Ok fine, I know London is boring! But, what can I do?? Will probably suggest them to go Cambridge as well, but I'm unsure if I can follow them :( I have lectures during weekdays and rehearsals during weekends! sigh.. And oh! For the past 2 days, it's rehearsals and rehearsals for me. MNight in 3 weeks time!!! pressure.....
